Niko Romm is the founder and Managing Director of Valeo Studio GmbH in Bonn – one of the first boutique fitness studios for personal training in Germany. His passion: helping people to reach their full potential – whether they are professional athletes, managers or recreational athletes.
After graduating with a degree in business administration, he began his career in fitness management and later took on management responsibility for the DACH region of an international company. In 2010 and 2013, he founded two companies of his own – and experienced for himself as an entrepreneur what it means to balance ambition and excessive demands. Influenced by these experiences and his work in professional sport, he realigned his focus: on sustainable energy, genuine clarity and effective peak performance.
Through his work as a neuroathletic trainer and performance nutritionist for Norwich City FC in the Premier League and in the Bundesliga for 1. FC Köln, he brings modern training methods directly from professional sport to his clients. In 2019, his work earned him the NEOS Award for Best Personal Trainer in Germany and Best Athletic Trainer – proof of his high standards of individual support and sustainable performance development. His focus is always on the person as a whole – harmonizing body, mind and energy. The brain and nervous system form the crucial link between these areas.
In his presentations, he inspires with practical impulses and clear strategies for organizations that want to combine health, well-being, performance and a strong corporate culture in a holistic and sustainable way.
In addition to professional expertise, each of our therapistshas a high degree of communication skills and empathy – so that they can respond to the individual needs of our patients in every situation.
The passion for our profession and the demand to work at the cutting edge of therapy form the basis for us. That is why continuous further training is a matter of course for us.
We work on an interdisciplinary basis – as a team and in collaboration with external doctors or specialists from other disciplines. Because sustainable therapy often results when different perspectives work together. After all, four eyes sometimes see more than two.
